Moving Union is a vetted network and matching service, not a moving company, motor carrier, or broker. We don't drive trucks, pack boxes, or provide binding quotes. What we do is screen local moving companies against a published 5-point standard, then match homeowners with the ones that pass. Trust is the product.
Why we exist
The moving industry has a genuine fraud problem. Every year the federal government logs thousands of complaints for overcharges, damaged and missing belongings, and shipments held hostage for extra cash. The big directories don't fix this, they list anyone who pays and sell your details to as many movers as possible, so one form turns into a dozen spam calls. We built the opposite: a small, vetted network, at most two named movers, and consent you control.
How the matching works
- You answer a few quick questions about your move, about sixty seconds, no account.
- We match you with up to two Union-Verified movers who serve your area, each identified by name.
- You compare real quotes from licensed, insured companies and choose the one that fits. No pressure.
